Honey regulates High blood Pressure

In hypertension, honey as a sweetener is better suited, as it does not raise the blood sugar levels.
It is relaxing (1 tablespoon 3 times daily) resulting in fewer stress hormones which can also counteract hypertension. .

In the case of honey, it intervenes by stimulating the metabolism and thus helping in weight reduction.
Honey mainly consists of invert sugar and other sugars, depending on the variety.
It contains an abundance of minerals such as iron, manganese, boron, magnesium, calcium, sodium and potassium.

It also includes various amino acids such as aspartic acid, glycine, proline, alanine. Moreover, it contains, vitamins including thiamine, riboflavin, niacin and vitamin C

Any bee honey from the supermarket is not always the right choice.

Home-made honey is preferable to imported honey in this case.
